Andrea Smith
Agent / Principal
Andrea Smith was raised in the Texas panhandle and western Oklahoma in the agriculture and real estate industries and later graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
She began her career with Purina Mills, Inc. and later served as a Controller for Land O’Lakes / Purina Feed in their livestock management division. While there, Andrea worked with ranchers across the United States helping them to obtain livestock financing, grazing leases, back grounding facilities and feed yards.
In 2005, after 11 years with Purina, Andrea obtained her real estate license and opened an office in South Texas and later followed with an office in Florida. She sells Farm & Ranch, Commercial and Residential properties in addition to managing agents in both states.
In 2017 Andrea branched into the insurance industry becoming licensed to sell personal and commercial Property & Casualty insurance as well as being certified to sell Crop Insurance. She now owns insurance offices located in Texas and Florida.
In addition to real estate and insurance, Andrea and her husband Ken are involved in the daily management of the historic Babcock Ranch, a state owned property spanning 73,000+ acres in Florida.
